Equality
Equality is mandatory. The photography industry, like so many others, is not diverse. White men control the game, and it’s time to level the playing field. Free Juice is determined to be a visible force in advancing equality by connecting industry-elite mentors with Black and POC photography creatives to support breaking through barriers and gaining employment within high-salary agencies, Fortune 500 businesses, and much-desired editorial and media-leading businesses.

Professionalism
Free Juice University’s curriculum is embedded into the foundation of our mentorship program. Each participant that successfully completes the program will begin their career in the photography industry knowing that the professional practices instilled in them will last a lifetime.
